I consider my paintings as essays, as plastic explorations. I believe that painting is a journey where what matters least is the destination because the accidents, the contradictions, the failures and frustrations, the learnings and discoveries of the journey constitute an operative body suggestive enough to deviate from any purpose and to enter into unpredictable situations, lacking guiding signs.
